They are not bossy but they're leaders. The whole family know how to handle their businesses very well. I just hope that the owners will be fully aware about the attitude of some of their employees who are in the higher rank Managers, Supervisors, etc. The HR department makes sure that most, if not all, of their employees are near the area. In regards with their store employees, they make sure to deploy them to the store near their place of living. Employees are friendly.
People here are really friendly, you just need to learn to be adaptive and understand that not all people are the same. Work and life balance. Work - 6 days a week. Not allowed to take day off during weekends. Customer service.
